A "Bird Watcher" reader writes:

Would you be able to assist in possibly identifying the attached picture of a feather?

I live on the border to northwest Morris County and Sussex County adjacent to Bowling Green Mountain and Mahlon Dickenson Reservation.  Lots of raptors and owls.

My granddaughter  (aged 2 1\2) found it and wanted me to show her which bird it came from. She loves birds.

I'm thinking some sort of hawk. What do you think?
