Save the Date: High Mountain Hike, Saturday, April 16
March 22, 2016
Join Fyke Nature Association and the Bergen County Audubon Society on Saturday morning, April 16, for a free hike to the summit of High Mountain -- which offers historic views of New York City and the suburbs of North Jersey.
In honor of Earth Day the following week, we'll pick up any trash we see along the way. We'll look for birds, too. Bring water and wear sturdy hiking shoes. The walk is from 10 a.m.to 12:30 p.m.
The 1,260-acre preserve is owned by Wayne Township, The Nature Conservancy and the state of New Jersey.
