Not the best shot, but not the best day either. Can you ID this guy -- a real Celery Farm bird?

A few days ago I shot these photos of a hummingbird on the North end of the lake but I am not sure what kind it is  - I know what it should be but it does not look like a ruby throat.  Any ideas??

These little guys are seen every morning with their Mom, chowing down in the Celery Farm and nearby properties.
