My wife and I heard him calling tonight at 5:30 p.m. from one of the pine trees near the driveway to the Fell House, so he is still in vicinity.  Alas, too dark for photos.

Walt Staab was at the Celery Farm last Wednesday and also got some nifty Mandarin Duck shots. Two are here. (Thanks, Walt!)

Kevin Watson did a last-minute birding trip down Barnegat way yesterday. 

  Between Barnegat and Brigantine, we tried our luck on Cedar Run Dock Road off Route 9 just south of Barnegat.

We lucked out -- Cave Swallows (above), Gray Ghost (below) and Kingfisher (right) within minutes.
