Celery Farm Report/Goose Update

Nifty Photography Show in Waldwick

Preening-CormorantI have been totally remiss -- there is a first class photo exhibit by Bob Kane, one of the regular photographers at the Celery Farm, at the Waldwick Library.

The show features 18 images taken at the Celery Farm in the past few years. I just wish there were more.  Shots of an American Bittern and a misty April morning were particularly memorable.

The awesome photo of the preening Double-crested Cormorant on the left gives you an idea of the quality of Bob's work.

The exhibition is there another week, and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Library hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., except Friday and Saturday when they close at 5.  The library, at 19 E. Prospect St., is closed on Sunday. Link is here.
